The last shape has moved. What used to fill the days, the meetings and the arrivals and the standing being of a role, has ended. Something in the body is trying to catch up with a life that has changed its shape. This is what to expect when you arrive.
Retirement is one of the biggest transitions a body carries, and often the least held. The nervous system that ran for decades on adrenaline and appointments is being asked to rewire around something quieter. Sleep changes shape. Purpose changes shape. The physical body notices too, sometimes with aches that were always there but never had the space to be felt.
Sue's Holistic Health Consultation is a long conversation about the whole picture: food, rhythm, meaning, movement, connection. It is a map rather than a treatment, and often the right first door for anyone in a big transition. Joe's Introductory Wellness Evaluation is a shorter version of the same, tuned to Well Bath's practices specifically. Both are good places to begin.
On the movement side, Gentle Hatha with Ilona, Yin, and Lauren's Yin Restorative on Sunday evenings all meet a body that has been sitting at desks for years. Sound Baths with Kate, Reiki with Heidi, and the monthly Reiki and Meditations evening offer the deepest rest. Nothing is asked of you except to lie down.
What to try
Sue's longer, whole-person naturopathic consultation.
A one-to-one conversation with Joe. Where you are, what might meet you, what to try first.
Sue's nature-connected therapeutic work. Held in the grounds when weather allows.
A soft, unhurried Hatha practice with Ilona. Suitable for a first class.
Lauren's slower evening class. Held postures for a body that has done enough.
Ground-level, long-held postures. Restorative rather than active.
Monthly. Kate on the crystal bowls. The sound does the work.
One-to-one Reiki treatment with Heidi in the therapy rooms.
Heidi's monthly group healing evening. Softer container than a one-to-one Reiki session.
One-to-one reflexology with Olivia in the therapy rooms. Held inside her chartered physiotherapy practice.
Jane's one-to-one Yoga Therapy. First 20-minute consultation is free.
Tom's monthly meditation gathering. Evidence-informed practice for the modern nervous system.

Not sure where to begin
The Introductory Wellness Evaluation is a one-to-one with Joe. Half an hour. No treatment. Just a chance to be heard and to find the right first door into the sanctuary.
