Grief does not have a schedule. It arrives when it arrives and it stays as long as it stays. Well Bath is here to hold it while it does what it needs to do, for as long as that takes.
The Kirtan evenings with Tim are a container. Everyone sings together as one constant wall of sound, and grief often finds a way to be carried inside the sound that it could not find alone.
The Sound Baths with Kate hold the room in silence and frequency. The Men's Fire Circle and Women's Circle are places to speak or to sit in silence, both accepted, both held. Shamanic Breathwork with Joe is available for those ready to move through something. Reiki with Heidi is available for those who are not.
There is no right sequence. Come to what draws you.

Not sure where to begin
