Well Bath is a wellness centre that provides holistic wellness classes, treatments and programmes from our premises in Bath, UK. This website provides booking for these services.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard through our booking system. All payments are in British Pounds (GBP). You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information and to update it as needed. We may correct pricing errors even after payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities in our sole discretion.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Class and treatment bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full, whether paid drop-in or off a class pass. Class passes and workshop tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create a compilation without our written permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
• Use the Services in any way that is illegal or infringes the rights of others
• Impersonate another user or person
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Engage in automated use of the system or use data-mining bots
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services
