You have been thinking about coming for a while. Something in you already knows why. This is what to expect when you arrive.
There is no dress code, no membership form, no test. Park round the back and follow the side passage to the front. Come through the front door into the foyer. There is a Welsh dresser with herbal teas and water. Pour yourself something. Sit for a minute. The valley is quiet.
For a first visit there are three gentle places to begin. An Introductory Wellness Evaluation with Joe, a one-to-one conversation about where you are and what might meet you. Gentle Hatha with Ilona or a Yin class, a soft entry into the studio side. Or a Sound Bath with Kate on the crystal bowls, where the sound does the work.
If none of those feel right, the letters page is a way to read us before you meet us. You do not have to decide anything from home.
Or, a different door in
No email required. Nothing gets saved. Works whether you are booking for yourself or for someone in your care. Answer in the register you arrive in and we will suggest two or three things that fit — plus the option to speak to Joe if none of them feel right.
