Mirella

Mirella is an enthusiastic and outgoing teacher who has always enjoyed learning and improving. She discovered the practice of yoga eight years ago and it changed her approach to life and situations completely. Studying the depths of the practice in India was, in her own words, one of the best experiences of her entire life, second only to giving birth to her daughter.

She is qualified in Ashtanga, but loves mixing the practice up with other poses too, to keep her classes fresh and innovative. She loves what she does and passing that passion on to her students. There is so much to learn from each other in every class.

At Well Bath, Mirella teaches Sol Power Yoga on Mondays and Gentle Luna Flow on Thursdays. She welcomes all levels: the yogis will be tested, and the novices made welcome and nurtured. She also runs the monthly Be Balance workshop, a slower, longer form of the practice for people in the after of a busy stretch.

Her students describe the class as the warmest room they know. There is her wonderful Italian accent, the caring but expert tone, the attention to detail, and the feeling of belonging. People are skipping and smiling as they leave every week. Mirella is a favourite in the Bath yoga community, and Well Bath is lucky to have her.
