The mind is a wheel and it will not stop turning. The body knows there is nothing to run from but has not been told. Somewhere a signal is still firing that stopped being useful a long time ago.
Well Bath is not a clinical service and does not offer treatment for anxiety in the medical sense. What we hold are practices that support the nervous system in coming back down, over time and with repetition.
The crystal bowl sound baths with Kate settle the body through frequency and often reach places that talking has not. Kirtan with Tim is a shared devotional practice where the whole room sings together as one continuous wall of sound. Shamanic Breathwork with Joe is a fuller reset for those ready to move through something. Reiki with Heidi is a quieter first step.
Yin and Gentle Hatha on the studio side hold the body in shapes that give the nervous system time to notice it is safe.

Not sure where to begin
The Introductory Wellness Evaluation is a one-to-one with Joe. Half an hour. No treatment. Just a chance to be heard and to find the right first door into the sanctuary.
