Kelly holds Inmotion, her own signature class at Well Bath. Inmotion is a hybrid form that draws on strength training, mobility work, and breath practice. It sits deliberately between the yoga schedule and the more strength-focused end of the movement world, and is designed for people who want to feel stronger without leaving the sanctuary register behind.
Her classes are structured, well-paced, and adaptable. She teaches modifications as a matter of course rather than an afterthought, so the class works for a body that is recovering, a body that is building, and a body that is maintaining.
Inmotion runs weekly at Well Bath. Kelly is happy to have a short conversation before your first class if you are new to this style of work.
The class works well for people who have found regular yoga a bit gentle for what they are looking for, or found regular strength work a bit disconnected from breath and body awareness. Kelly meets both ends. Her students report feeling empowered yet soft, strong yet grounded, and clearer, lighter, and more connected. All levels are welcome, come as you are.
