Care at Well Bath

For those rebuilding strength and mobility

Written and reviewed by Joe Macnab, Well Bath. Last reviewed .

You know something is off with how your body is working. Maybe it is the tightness that has been there for months, maybe it is the fatigue that used to lift and now does not, maybe it is a quieter thought that you used to be able to do more than this. The body will not build itself back on its own.

Well Bath's strength and mobility work is a considered, sanctuary-paced doorway. What Well Bath offers here is a small set of practitioners who know the body from the inside and coach it back with real skill. The room is the same one that holds the rest of the sanctuary; the pace and the register are quieter than a commercial gym.

Dan Cossins runs White Line Coaching from the gym at the back of Well Bath. Twenty years of elite sports coaching sit behind his personal training, drawing from strength and conditioning, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Kelly holds Inmotion, her own signature class blending strength, mobility, and breath, held weekly on the studio side. Joe's Himalayan Hatha Yoga sits alongside as the traditional practice for those wanting to build slow, held strength through yoga.

Come for the training and stay for the room. The gym at the back and the studio at the front are the same building, and the movement work and the inner work sit alongside each other rather than in opposition.
