You have tried a lot of things. Some helped a little. Nothing landed the way the pain landed. What you have learned to accept as background, the body still counts as loud.
There is no single treatment at Well Bath that will suit every presentation. Three practitioners work with chronic pain from three different angles, and the first step is usually a short conversation to find out which one fits.
Joe works with Tui Na, an ancient healing art trained under Errol Lynch, addressing energy meridians alongside soft tissue. Paul offers Structural Integration and his own Quantum Structural Integration Session, deep tissue work that follows the fascial lines and often reaches what surface work misses. Olivia is a chartered physiotherapist and can hold the more conventional assessment side.
The Yin practice is a slow, held, ground-level class that many people in chronic pain find restorative when a stronger class is out of reach.
