You have tried the apps, the routines, the herbal teas, the not-looking-at-the-phone. Some nights it holds. Most nights it does not. The body knows how to sleep. Something has come between the body and its knowing.
Well Bath is not a clinical sleep service and does not diagnose sleep disorders. What we hold are practices that support the nervous system in coming back down towards rest, over time and with repetition.
Crystal bowl sound baths with Kate settle the body through frequency and often reach places that talking has not. Reiki with Heidi is a lie-down session where nothing is asked of you. Shamanic Breathwork with Joe is a fuller reset for those whose sleep has been off for a longer stretch. Yin on the studio side holds the body in shapes that give the nervous system time to notice it is safe.
For some people, sleep is downstream of gut, hormone, or nutritional imbalance. Sue Judge holds naturopathic nutritional consultations for those wanting to look at that layer.
