Care at Well Bath

For those in recovery from cancer

Written and reviewed by Joe Macnab, Well Bath. Last reviewed .

Recovery is not the same shape as illness. The body has been through something. The nervous system has been through something. The identity, the daily life, the sense of what is possible, all of it has been through something.

Olivia holds the Yoga for Cancer class at Well Bath, a practice designed specifically for the recovering body. She is also a chartered physiotherapist and a reflexologist, so the one-to-one work is available in the same hands.

Sue Judge is a naturopathic nutritionist whose practice includes cancer support and eco therapy. Kate holds crystal bowl sound baths, which many people in recovery find restorative when movement is out of reach. Joe is available for Tui Na and gentle one-to-one work.

There is no schedule to keep. What you can do today is what you can do today.
