Traditional Usui Reiki Training with Heidi in Bath

Heidi has taught the traditional Usui path in Bath since 2008. Three levels, each self-contained, each opening onto the next. Heidi teaches the full Traditional Usui Reiki training path in Bath and has been doing so since 2008. Three self-contained levels, each building on the one before. Take Level 1 alone and use Reiki for yourself and those close to you; go on to Level 2 to become a certified Reiki Practitioner; complete Level 3 to become a Reiki Master Teacher and pass the practice on to others.

Level 1 (Shoden, First Degree) is a one-day course in Bath. You receive the first three Reiki attunements, learn the five Reiki principles and the history of the tradition, meet the first Usui symbol, and learn the Japanese hand positions and guided Reiki meditations. You leave able to hold Reiki for yourself, for those close to you, and for animals, plants and living spaces. Course fee £195.

Level 2 (Okuden, Second Degree) is a two-day course in Bath. You receive three further attunements and learn two additional Usui symbols, including the distance symbol which allows remote Reiki healing across time and space. After eight case studies you are able to set up your own Reiki practice, and Heidi supports you through the year that follows. Course fee £350.

Level 3 (Master Teacher) is two consecutive days in Bath plus a two-hour online check-in a week later. You review all three levels, work with your Reiki guides, learn body scanning, receive your Master attunement, and learn how to hold attunements for others. There is time in the course to discuss whether you feel called to teach. Course fee £475.

Every level carries a Reiki certificate with lineage described. Heidi is a Reiki Master Teacher registered with the UK Reiki Federation and teaches in Bath at Well Bath and at other Bath locations, and privately in Bristol and London on request.
