QSI Six-Month Course in Bath

The full Ten Series, held over six months

Six months. Ten sessions. The body reorganised toward the line it was built to hold. Paul carries the arc; you walk it. The QSI Six-Month Course is Paul's flagship programme. A complete embodied journey through the Ten Series, held from September 2026 to February 2027 at Well Bath. Five retreats woven with ten sessions, so the bodywork and the integration each have room to land.

The Ten Series is delivered in a rare, high-potency format, often with multiple hands working on you simultaneously. This creates shifts of exceptional depth and speed. You also receive quantum healing techniques for daily practice, the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono for deep clearing, preparatory video lessons, and AI-tracked integration support that records your progress across the arc.

This is for people who feel called to a deeper reorganisation of the body and life, and who want the structure of a held container rather than one-off sessions. Whether you are new to Paul's work or returning from the retreats, the six-month arc is where the deepest reordering happens.

From arrival to the last breath in the room

The course runs over six months on Fridays at Well Bath. Retreats and sessions alternate so the bodywork has room to integrate.

    4 September 2026 — Retreat: Returning to your True Path

    Opening retreat. The arc begins here.

    11 September — Intro Week

    Preparation, orientation, first held container.

  3. 03

    18, 25 September and 2 October — Sessions 1, 2, 3

    The first three sessions of the Ten Series, working through the superficial fascial layers.

    9 October — Retreat: Meeting the parts you've avoided

    Second retreat. Deeper material begins to move.

    23, 30 October — Sessions 4 and 5

    The deep sessions begin. Ancestral patterns, fear and heart-line work.

    6 November — Retreat: Reclaiming your inner Fire

    Third retreat.

  7. 07

    13, 20, 27 November — Sessions 6, 7 and Sessions 1-7 Recap

    Deep back-line work, the breathing cranium, and a considered pause to integrate the first phase.

    4 December — Retreat: The softening

    Fourth retreat.

  9. 09

    11, 18 December — Sessions 8 and 9

    Deepening and integration of the upper and lower body.

    8 January 2027 — Retreat: Visioning, becoming the future you

    Fifth retreat. The arc turns forward.

    15, 22, 29 January — Session 10, Post-10 Work, Roundup and Graduation

    The final session (Crowning of the Individual), integration work, and a closing ceremony.

    Closing retreat.
