Session at Well Bath
Swift Fit 66 in Bath
The swift way to fitness, held by a group
Small groups, no more than eight. Ten-week arcs. Dan holds the arc, and the group carries each other through it. Swift Fit 66 is Dan's flagship small-group training programme. Sessions run in groups of up to eight people, structured across continual ten-week blocks. The name comes from a well-known behavioural finding: it takes an average of sixty-six days to form a positive habit, and habit-formation is easier when a group is holding you.
The training itself is a blend of mindful body awareness, breathwork, postural work, and real strength work. Held at Well Bath and, weather permitting, outside in the countryside. Nutrition and lifestyle habits sit alongside the training, because what makes long-term fitness stick is the other twenty-three hours as much as the gym session itself.
Members get access to the White Line Coaching app for tracking, an active WhatsApp community, discounted rates on other Well Bath and White Line sessions, and free entry to health events across the year. This is a genuine community that meets and moves together.

What people bring
Presentations commonly worked with
Swift Fit 66 works for people wanting sustained change without the cost of one-to-one training. The most common reasons people arrive.
- Wanting the accountability of a group without the cost of a personal trainer
- Fitness that has stalled in solo training or big-gym membership
- Post-lockdown or life-event fitness reset
- Weight loss backed by real behaviour change, not another crash diet
- Middle-aged returners to exercise who want structure, not overwhelm
- Athletes wanting supplementary conditioning alongside their sport
- People who like community and struggle to train alone
Swift Fit 66 is not clinical rehabilitation. If you are recovering from a specific injury or condition, start with a one-to-one so Dan can shape the work; the group can come next.
What a session is like
From arrival to the last breath in the room
New members arrive at Swift Fit 66 by the same path. This is what the first three months look like.
- 01
Free introductory session
Come along to a normal group session, meet Dan and the community, feel what it is like on the gym floor. No obligation. If the fit is not right, walk away kindly.
- 02
Assessment and goal-setting
One-hour session with Dan. Your history, your goals, movement screening, baseline strength. Cost £55. Sets the shape of your first ten weeks. All new and returning members go through this.
- 03
First ten-week block
Show up to your chosen number of weekly sessions (one, two, or unlimited). Dan and his coaches program the session; you bring yourself. The three healthy habits framework starts running in parallel — small daily practices you build alongside training.
- 04
Habits taking hold
Around week six, most members report habits starting to hold on their own. The training gets stronger and cleaner. The community effect kicks in — the WhatsApp group carries you through the harder weeks.
- 05
The sixty-six day mark
Around week nine, the sixty-six day habit threshold. What used to feel like effort now feels like your default. Sleep, food, movement, weight and mood all typically shift by this point.
- 06
Ongoing membership
After the first ten weeks you continue on the full programme — habits customised to you personally, ongoing community, and the option to add extra sessions or bespoke personal-training top-ups.
Weighing it up
Swift Fit 66 versus one-to-one Personal Training
The two are designed to talk to each other. Which one is the right first door depends on your specific starting point.
| Swift Fit 66 | Personal Training | |
|---|---|---|
| Setting | Group of up to eight, held by Dan or a White Line coach. | One-to-one with Dan or a White Line coach. |
| Cost | £105 / £141 / £177 per month depending on session count. £55 initial assessment. | From £67 per session, plus £115 initial assessment. |
| Attention per session | Group-shared with individual cues from the coach. | Full attention on you for the whole session. |
| Habit framework | Central — the sixty-six-day habit arc sits inside the programme. | Available as an add-on if you want it. |
| Community | WhatsApp group, community events, other members carrying you. | Private, coach-and-client only. |
| Best if you | Want the pull of a group and can hold your own inside it. | Have specific rehab needs, or want the deepest one-to-one work first. |
Many members do both — Swift Fit 66 for the regular rhythm, and occasional one-to-one sessions when something specific asks for personal attention.
